Class Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Lash Training KY class, the student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Payment

All payments and deposits made toward a class are non-refundable. Once your class is reserved, your payment cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

2. Class Rescheduling

Students may reschedule their class one (1) time only.

A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required to reschedule. Requests made with less than two weeks’ notice may result in the loss of the class payment, and the student may be required to pay the full class price to register for another class.

3. Student Model Requirement

It is the student’s responsibility to provide and bring their own live model for the hands-on portion of the training.

Lash Training KY is not responsible for providing a model. Failure to bring a suitable model may prevent the student from completing the required hands-on training.

4. Certification and Required Practice Sets

To complete the certification process and meet the requirements necessary for obtaining the applicable Kentucky lash permit/license, the student is responsible for completing and submitting four (4) clear before-and-after lash sets within six (6) months from the student’s original class date.

The photographs must clearly show the completed lash work and meet the requirements provided by Lash Training KY.

5. Six-Month Deadline

The six-month period begins on the student’s original class date. It is the student’s responsibility to complete and submit all required photographs within this time period.

If the student does not complete the required four (4) sets and submit the required photographs within six months, the student will not be eligible to complete the certification process based on the original class enrollment.

The student will be required to retake the class and pay the full current class price before proceeding with certification.

6. Student Responsibility

The student is responsible for understanding and completing all requirements associated with their training, certification, and applicable Kentucky requirements. Lash Training KY is not responsible for missed deadlines, failure to submit required work, or failure to provide a model.

By registering for the class, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
