Lash Training KY - Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat in the Lash Training KY course. The remaining balance must be paid before the class date unless otherwise arranged.
If a payment plan is used, the full balance must be completed prior to the training date.

2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Lash Training KY are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cancellation
- Failure to attend
- Personal emergencies
- Illness
- Travel issues
- Scheduling conflicts
- Dissatisfaction with the course

3. Rescheduling Policy
Students may request to reschedule one time if notice is given at least 14 days before the scheduled class.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the class date may result in loss of payment and forfeiture of the seat.

4. Attendance Requirements
Students must arrive on time and attend the full training session in order to complete the course and receive certification.
Lash Training KY reserves the right to refuse certification if course requirements are not met.

5. Live Model Requirement
Students are responsible for bringing a live model for the hands-on portion of the training unless otherwise arranged.
Failure to provide a model may limit the student's ability to complete the practical portion of the class.

Certification is granted only after the student completes the required training and practical work.
Additional practice or submissions may be required to meet certification standards.

By submitting payment, the student agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
Any disputes will be formally challenged with proof of registration, agreement to terms, and course policies.
