- When taking our Eyelash Extension Training, you will receive a Kentucky State Board Lash Permit / License.
- Having a Kentucky State Board Lash Permit / License will allow you to run your own business, work in a salon, etc.

Program For Under 18 Years Of Age
This program is designed to provide foundational education and hands-on training in eyelash extension techniques for students under the age of 18. Students under 18 may enroll with written parental or legal guardian consent. All training provided is for educational purposes only.
In accordance with regulations set by the Kentucky Board of Cosmetology, individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible for professional licensure and may not perform eyelash extension services on the public, whether in a salon or independently.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion for educational training only. This certificate does not grant a license or legal authorization to practice. Once the student reaches the age of 18 and meets all state licensing requirements, they may pursue professional licensure. At that time, they will have the option to attend a refresher course to prepare for working in a licensed salon environment.
